"WELDON A. McDOUGAL III, has been a popular figure in the soul music business since the early 1960s. Having been a partner in Harthon Records, he went on to work for Motown and Philadelphia International Records in promotion and public relations capacities. Now acting as a consultant to Grapevine Music Group, Weldon is also a photographer and has taken photos of many soul stars over the years.
